Terms + Conditions


All pricing, as well as package details are subject to change. Both the personal branding and business branding packages are eligible for upgrades and add-on designs for an additional cost. 

Each project process and timeline will vary slightly depending on scheduling and client response time. Generally, each project follows the outlined process. A detailed project schedule will be listed in full with final design contract.

Elk Street Design has the right to display all design work completed on their website and social media sites as a means of promoting available design and branding services. 


Payment for design packages and projects are split into two parts, half being paid prior to project start and the final half paid before any final files are delivered. Elk Street Design will send invoices via email including description of billed services, amount due, and date payment is due. 

Payments are to be made via Paypal by sending money to: elkstreetdesign@gmail.com. Payment may also be made via personal check made out and mailed to Rachel Krohn (address upon request).

All project payments are non-refundable. If a client is unsatisfied with their final project results, Elk Street Design will work with them to correct any issues pertaining to their contract. Any additional changes or extra design pieces will be billed separately from the original design contract. 


Elk Street Design does not share client information (email address, Skype name, phone number, address, etc.) with any outside parties. This information is used strictly by Elk Street Design for contracts and invoices. 

For website design projects, Elk Street Design will require the username and password for building all Squarespace websites. This login information will be kept on record for one year. If the client changes their login information after their website is designed and built, Elk Street Design is not responsible for helping the client gain access to their Squarespace account.
